The next steps to get into The Grove:
Submit your application with a $100.00 non-refundale fee to your local Grove leasing office. Once the fee has been recieved and you have been approved you will get a copy of the lease agreement. We'll reserve your spot when we have recieved your lease signed by all parties including the tenant, guarantor and The Grove.
